Training at refugee housing

Are you from another country seeking refuge in the Netherlands that needs English lessons? We often train English at refugee housing locations, where many of our students come from Ukraine and Syria. There are courses running in Steenwijk and Meppel at the moment, which you are free to join. You can also contact us for private training.

Time investment

Each lesson consists of minimum 1 hour and a maximum of 2 hours per week. 8 to 9 lessons are recommended. You usually need to put in 2 hours of homework each week.

Online lessons available

Do you not have time to meet in person? It is also possible to meet via e-learning with your trainer. You will have an intake interview and discuss when you are available for lessons online.

Your course book and material will be posted to you in time for your course, and we will use Microsoft Teams or Zoom for your online courses.

These lessons have a break in between – and you will need to have 2 to 3 hours a week of self-study time per week.
